Boss Builder Labs is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

All subscriptions are recurring unless canceled prior to renewal.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Boss Builder Labs to automatically charge your payment method on file at each billing cycle.

Failure to pay may result in:

Immediate suspension

Restricted access

Account termination

Pricing may change at any time. Continued use of the platform after a pricing update constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Strict No Refund Policy

All payments are final.

Boss Builder Labs maintains a strict no refund policy. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Partial use of the platform

Failure to cancel before renewal

Dissatisfaction with features

Inactivity

Technical misunderstanding

Business results not meeting expectations

Account suspension due to policy violation

By purchasing any product, subscription, add-on, or service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the platform for spam, scams, fraud, or illegal activity

Send unsolicited mass communications in violation of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, or other applicable laws

Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code

Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the platform’s source code

Resell or white-label the platform without written authorization

Use the platform in a way that damages our reputation

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, branding, templates, automation frameworks, and proprietary materials remain the exclusive property of Boss Builder Labs.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform while actively subscribed.

You may not copy, distribute, duplicate, or recreate our proprietary systems.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Our platform integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to payment processors, email providers, SMS providers, and hosting services.

Boss Builder Labs is not responsible for:

Downtime

Policy changes by third parties

Account suspensions from third-party providers

Payment processor decisions

You agree to comply with all third-party terms of service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boss Builder Labs shall not be liable for:

Lost profits

Loss of business opportunity

Data loss

Business interruption

Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to:

Immediately terminate your account

Permanently ban future access

Submit documentation to payment processors

Pursue legal remedies where applicable

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for:

Violation of these Terms

Illegal activity

Abuse of the system

Non-payment

Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

12. Modifications to Terms
